                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Appreciate your response, last question (probably) in terms of the finishing process now.</p><p>I have a 3000psi non variable pressure washer with a wide angle end, how far from the surface of the deck do you recommend I use this to prevent damage to the wood.</p><p>Would the correct cleaning order be?:</p><ol><li>sweep/leaf blow surface</li><li>stripper</li><li>pressure wash</li><li>brightener</li><li>pressure wash</li><li>wait 48 hrs</li><li>stain</li></ol><p>I did sand the whole deck before to get rid of the semi-solid/solid stain with 60 grid and then lightly went over it with 60 grit. Do I need to do anymore sanding again after the washing cycle?</p><p>Thanks so much!</p><p> </p><p> </p>]]></content:encoded>

About half had what looked like a solid stain on it, the rest of it the stain had work away and it was patchy.</p><p>I sanded it all down and also cleaned then brightened it.</p><p>There are some dark patches in the shaded area of the deck. Is that water damage? </p><p>What would my choices of stain be for this deck, could I get away with a semi-transparent or would I need to go semi solid to get an even finish?</p><p>Thanks!</p><p>542,540,541</p>]]></content:encoded>
