                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[About ten days ago, in preparation for sealing a six month old cedar deck, I cleaned the deck  with Defy deck cleaner and then used the Defy brightener product.  The result was the cedar looked brand new.  However, there was a white residue remaining on some of the boards.  It would not come off with water.  I ended up lightly sanding it off.  It 's all gone now and looks great but I'm just curious what may have caused this??]]></content:encoded>
