	Tried Sikkens translucent cedartone on left.
	Tried TWP 1501 cedartone on right.

	 Both look terrible..............the black appearance of the wood grain after the stain application doesn`t look good.<br />
	The only prep the contractor did was powerwash with TSP, then litely sand. The sanding was very inconsistant.<br />
	What would correct this poor appearance before we stain the entire deck with the TWP semi trans cedartone.<br />
	I want to see the grain, not hide it. Thanks.<br />

	Tried a test brushing with semi-trans TWP stain and the grain  still looks dark/ black......not a good look, but I want to see the grain, not hide it. Any suggestions to lighten up the heartwwod grain?]]></content:encoded>
