                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was prepping new, weathered redwood fencing for staining and used Restore-a-Deck cleaner. I used a scrub brush and a hose sprayer but not a pressure wash, since I was just getting dust and dirt off. The Armstrong &amp; Clark stain instructions suggested using a brush. A day later, the new wood had all this black on it. What happened? What do I do? Ugh, I wish I had not used this cleaning</p>
