I tried to clean it with a pressure washer and Simple Green Oxy Solve with zero results. I stayed a good 10 inch away with the pressure washer wand and a 40 degree nozzle out of precaution  when I cleaned it. What are my options? Sanding it? Very much appreciated. Thanks.
