As for TWP, when we apply we do not mask the spindles but rather wipe the stain off right away. This work on the spindles that have the black "smooth" coating on them.  It does not work on the spindles that have a dull powdered coating.]]></content:encoded>

Can you confirm that the Restore a Deck system will not stain or harm matte black aluminum ballusters if sprayed on them while in the process of trying to reach the wood?  And is TWP easily wiped off these ballusters? I'm very nervous about ruining the ballusters. Thanks so much for all your advice. Reading the website has been very helpful.]]></content:encoded>
