It seems many end up having to sand after using this product. Can you suggest the best products and method for preparing this deck without having to sand. Wouldnt be offended if I didnt have to scrub it either. Would also be grateful for a good semitransparant stain to protect ot in the future.</p><p>Thank you</p>]]></content:encoded>
